The Issues We Face

Any nation's future depends on strong family bonds. The fact that the media and Washington have bowed to extremist woke organizations and pushed the DEI framework across every aspect of our lives proves that we are headed for a downfall. We must prioritize and invest in strengthening family bonds and reject attempts to divide us. We must come together to protect our nation and ensure our future. I will counter-attack the left's radical extremists and let it be known that in our State, Family, Faith, and Freedom come first!

I would have never thought in my lifetime that our nation, a nation under God, would so quickly stray away from the principles that made us great. It is sad that lies are the new religion. If you're a Christian, you're considered an extremist. If you follow the teachings of Christ, you're now a fascist. The federal government's attempts to stifle religious freedoms are apparent. Their intent in creating a society of "if it feels good, then do it" must not come to fruition. I will be a stalwart force against any attempts to limit a person's ability to worship how they choose, for preachers to preach the truth, and for children to pray when they wish to pray!

The Second Amendment is what separates us from authoritarian rule. The right to keep and bear arms was written into the constitution by people who understood that government is not flawless and can be corrupted. Moreover, the right to protect your family and property from death and destruction is needed today. Yes, there must be proper steps to acquiring a firearm. However, law-abiding citizens should not be categorized into the same group of people who should have never owned a gun in the first place. I will always defend our Second Amendment rights and promote gun safety and legal ownership.

The federal government and its media cohorts continue to boast that the economy is on the right track and things are looking up. These are the same groups that deny basic anatomy. No wonder they think things are "looking up." Talk to the people in our District, and you will find decisions are made between food and prescriptions. That is not "things looking up." At the State level, we must present and pass legislation to improve the quality of life for all Floridians on a District by District level. I will work with my fellow legislators to develop legislation and reward the entrepreneurial spirit that makes us Americans!

Insurance rates in Florida are some of the highest in the nation. Homeowners and Auto Insurance companies are leaving Florida as fast as people leave California. Our court system needs to be overhauled and end rampant lawsuit abuse that has brought on this dilemma. We must create and foster an environment that allows insurance companies to have a competitive marketplace with affordable coverage. Floridians groan under the weight of it, and I completely understand their pain. I will prioritize addressing this issue and seek common-sense solutions so that our homes, businesses, and vehicles are protected.
